Major Overhaul of Derrick Wind wall in Norway

Aventus Energy recently completed a major overhaul of a Derrick Windwall in Norway for a valued client. The project aimed to execute the scope safely and on time despite some challenging wintery conditions. In addition to the main Derrick scope, Aventus Energy was also able to support the rig with various other scopes.

Scope of Work:

Complete removal of old Wind-Wall structure and replacement with new. Our multi-disciplined team was also able to support the rig with various other scopes including the removal and reinstallation of the Elmagco Brake, remedial works on the Top Drive, valve installation on the main columns, and the removal and reinstallation of the Fairleads.
